Looking for a Director Programming with deep understanding and passion for the entertainment, digital media, and OTT landscape.
This is an opportunity to fill a key role in a rapidly growing team at the center of the fastest-growing segment for over a dozen of Digital NetworksThe ideal candidate will leverage content performance data, operational know-how, and strategic planning to position the right content across diverse channel offerings including:
CONtv, Dove Channel, Comedy Dynamics, The Bob Ross Channel, Docurama, and more.
Must Have's Confidence to come up with creative programming strategies and stunts Ability to analyze research data and incorporate information into programming selections and scheduling strategies A proven track record in building digital audiences Highly articulate and excellent communicator Ability to communicate well with peers and senior executives, locally and across different regions The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strategic, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset Strong attention to detail Solid understanding of audience measurement and the ability to analyze and translate to successful strategies Ability to establish and adhere to the creative vision and sensibilities of a channel brandQualifications 10 years of experience in digital media and content programming Experience building schedules inside Amagi CloudPort, genre film and television, brand management Excellent people management skills and experience in managing teams, problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude Experience in Hands-on management of web, app, streaming, and connected devices) HTML-5 Apps.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
